Hi, I'm so glad you are taking some time to get to know us. We are excited to travel all over the world and minister in your Country or City the good news of the gospel. We look forward to the day that we will have the privilege to meet many of you.When I was sixteen, I was called to preach. The Lord asked me two questions. The first question was, "Michael will you speak what I give you?" The second question was,"will you go where I send you?" I had no idea what he was asking of me. Well, many years later, I can tell you that it has been nothing less than the adventure of a lifetime. Shortly after Jesus called me to preach, I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This baptism filled me with boldness and fire. God has opened so many doors for me to preach His Word all over the world. Over the years I have been a youth pastor, worked in the juvenile and adult prison system in Louisiana, preached in (public) high schools, detention centers, retirement homes, summer camps, college campuses, preached on the streets all over America, and held open air crusades in Honduras Central America, Uganda Africa, Kenya Africa, Congo, India and Mexico. My passion is Jesus! To know him, and to make him known. In 1996 Gina and I started Four Winds Ministry. Four Winds has been prophesied to go into all the world and bring the gospel to the perishing both in Word and in the Power of the Holy Spirit. I am married to my lovely wife Gina of 20 years and we have a five and a half year old son named Michael Scott Jr.

At this time we have a team of faithful workers that are dedicated to this work. I want to thank our team that has made it happen, and for them I am grateful.

Michael Serino

Larry McGee has been a tremendous support to this ministry now for several years. Larry comes to Four Winds with many years of outreach ministry experience. Larry has a heart for evangelism and is presently the Pastor of a construction company called Barrington Pools. He works with over 150 employees in which he brings the gospel message in a secular environment. Larry is presently serving on the Four Winds Board.

Michael Serino is a great strength to this ministry. Michael travels annually to Uganda with Four Winds and is locally in charge of overseeing local evangelism. Michael has a radical commitment to the Lord as well as world evangelism. Michael is presently serving on the Four Winds Board.

Uganda Africa

Apostle Michael Lutalo is our contact in Africa and presently lives in Kampala, Uganda. Pastor Michael is one of the rising Generals of the faith ministering in numerous places in Africa. A man of God, highly respected throughout Uganda and parts of Kenya. Pastor Michael Lutalo is our point person in Uganda Africa. Michael Lutalo has been pastoring for over 10 years in Uganda. Michael and his wife Mable have planted over 8 churches out of Appointed Harvesters Ministry in Kampala Uganda. Appointed Harvesters Fellowship is a growing fellowship of churches reaching inside and outside of the capital of Uganda.

Apostle Josue Bolele is our point person in Congo Africa. Josue Bolele has been pastoring for over 12 years in Congo. Josue and his wife have planted over 8 churches in Kinshasa the capital of Congo.
